Blocked

Personally I hate ads, most of them. They are intrusive, follow you and want you to be a consumer forever. First thing that gets setup on my devices is adblock and privacy. So let’s look at how this blocking policy relates to life.

We have an allow all policy. Things and people come in like notifications on our cellphones. Without a notice and without a filter in place. Because there’s no guard for it, we allow it to affect our lives and in some cases even wreck it.

My point here is to also have a deny policy. Having filters in place that allow only things that are important to you. That make sense to you. In the end the only thing that has control over it mentally is YOU
