Are you on mute?
We live a noisy world. Our brains and ears constantly filled up with so much stuff. That adds up a lot of noise externally and internally as well. Half of which does not even register onto our brains. We sure want to get out of this!
How about a change?
How about going on mute.
How about giving attention to nothing.
How about first silencing the external noise and then internal noise as well. Slowly.
Some people would even call it meditation.
Sure it does consist an absence of things but primarily it consists of you being present.
